Please read these terms carefully. By using Founder Lift, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Founder Lift, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
Founder Lift is a directory providing startup resources, discounts, and credits ("Perks") offered by third-party partners. We do not provide the software or credits directly; we merely aggregate and verify links to these external offers.
3. Payments & Refunds
Founder Lift operates on a one-time lifetime payment model of $19. Because you are granted immediate access to our proprietary directory of links and resources, we do not offer refunds once access is granted, except where required by law.
4. Third-Party Perks & Liability
We actively verify the offers on our site. However, partners (AWS, Google, Stripe, etc.) control their own eligibility criteria and approval processes. Founder Lift does not guarantee that you will be approved for any third-party perk. We are not liable for rejected applications or changes in partner offers.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Do not share your login credentials.
6. Intellectual Property
The site design, "neobrutalism" styling, brand name, and compiled database of perks are the property of Founder Lift. Third-party logos used for illustrative purposes belong to their respective owners.
